Credit Protection Association Phone Number Old Cable Bill In Collections?

Old cable bill in collections? - credit protection association phone number

I have a cable bill from 5 years in my credit report. I do not agree with the accusation that they simply want to pay immediately and showed what they paid in full. Do I have the original creditor (Time Warner) or the collection agency, the Association of Credit Protection? If the payment of the APC is TWC and completed the report as a pejorative? or if I pay TWC, once notified by the CPA, which was paid?

See statute of limitations.
If you havent yet referred - Let It Go back to 2 years. If you do not even know him you are calling. Questions about who is first. Enter where you work or your current account number, do not even recognize the bill as they can reset the SOL.
If you're buying for a job within the next two years, or a house, please ignore my comment. /

Time Warner sold the collection agency debt, which has reported the debt to the Credit Bureau. They should not put the collection agency now.

Send a letter requesting a payment to clear - you pay x and the item from your credit report removed. Specifically, that you do not recognize the debt, but to make the offer in order to speed up the process of your credit report. Do you have to get up an authorized official of the collection agency and sign a copy of your letter indicating acceptance of your offer. If you have a signed copy, please send a money order. Give them direct access to your bank account.

With an invoice within 5 years, offered by 10%. Cons you can offer, but the salary does not exceed 25%. A debt of 5 years was not hurt your guests for many years and has averted 2 years.

I also have a Bill of Time Warner on my credit and do not agree with the prosecution. I always refuse to pay. If you pay such five years later burned in two years, not completely. If you are the existence of another 7 years. They told me that if you so something that also can pay a negative effect on your credit card.
