Ear mites do not lead to a crisis. Seizures are a neurological problem, usually by a birth defect, trauma to the head, or ingestion of something toxic. Ear mites cause itching in the ears and produce large quantities of the building in the ears, but no seizure. Both can be treated with the drug, but the drug for epilepsy will not only help control the severity and lower frequency. There is no cure for epilepsy.

This is something that absolutely must discuss with the veterinarian. Ask people who have seen not determine your cat, or the severity of ear mites, have exactly where and what kind of attacks your cat.
