How do i record one channel while watching another channel on a dvd/vcr combo? - recording to vhs while watching another channelusing cable

I need to find a Combo DVD / VCR with a tuner that recorded me to a channel while watching another can, but no luck. All combinations are not Tunner, and the DVD also has a recorder, and expensive, over $ 200. Can you advise me where to find a combo box Tunner and how to connect to record one channel while watching another? I'm not interested in burning a DVD, only on VHS? Thank you.
